Jonathan Rosenberg

Jonathan Rosenberg specializes in commercial real estate brokerage, property management, business, entrepreneurship. He co-founded the firm Levrose Commercial Real Estate in 1992 at the age of 25. With almost 30 team members, Levrose has grown to be named to the Inc 5000, as one of the fastest-growing firms in the U.S. three times. Levrose has been named one of the top 25 commercial brokerage firms by the Phoenix Business Journal for fifteen consecutive years. In 2006, Rosenberg also co-founded MODE Real Estate Management Services to handle the property management of commercial buildings throughout Arizona. With a staff of 20, MODE is currently managing almost 100 Phoenix Area commercial buildings.  Rosenberg has held and currently holds several board positions, including the Global Board of TCN Worldwide Commercial brokerage network and the two-time mentorship chair for Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) Arizona Chapter. This experience allowed him to understand the value of mentorship while helping coordinate the matching of mentors for newer entrepreneurs. He has had his own mentor for several years and has considered the experience to be invaluable. As the father of two UA grads (2017 & 2020), he knows that giving back to UA is an exciting opportunity that will provide great value to both the students and the university.
