Amy Cavers

Amy C. Cavers is a pharma/biotech executive officer with more than 30 years of experience in medical affairs, clinical development and commercial to include Allergan, Celgene, Millennium, BMS, Onyx, TG Therapeutics, Verastem and Elevation Oncology. Amy is an executive leader with both commercial and medical affairs experience offering a portfolio of expertise to include Medical Affairs, Product Launches, Global Marketing/Sales, Clinical Program Development, KOL Strategy and Strategic Planning. Currently at Elevation Oncology as VP, Medical Affairs, Amy is working in a precision medicine approach for seribantumab in rare NRG1 gene fusions in advanced solid tumors. Most recently she was SVP/Chief, Strategic Innovation and Engagement and Field Medical Team lead at Verastem Oncology. Prior to that she held the role of VP, Scientific Affairs at TG Therapeutics, Inc., a global biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of therapies in B-Cell malignancies for 5 years. Additional experience includes Senior Director, Scientific Strategy and Communications at Onyx Therapeutics, US Launch Lead for ixabepilone at Bristol Myers Squibb, Senior Director, Global Strategic Marketing at Millennium Pharmaceuticals and VP, Marketing at Celgene. Her experience in developing and bringing novel therapies to market includes high-profile clinical programs and launches, to include blockbuster drugs BOTOX ($3B), THALOMID ($900M), REVLIMID ($8.3B), VELCADE ($1.3B) and KYPROLIS ($2.3B) and scaling businesses while driving top-line growth.

Amy has developed a world-class global network and medical alliances through her innate ability to build extraordinary relationships. She brings leadership in Medical, R&D, Brand Differentiation, and Demand Creation as a trusted advisor and C-level counterpart, with deep investment in developing industry-leading teams through collaboration, integrity, and excellence. Ms. Cavers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Health Science from the University of Arizona where she was involved in leadership roles at Delta Gamma, including House President.
