Charles Lucero is the CEO and President of K & L Investments LLC, DBA Kids Little Smiles. He has been practicing dentistry for over 21 years and has opened and managed 5 dental practices over his career. He is considered an expert in dental practice management with an emphasis on human resources and marketing. He has also served on several boards and commissions, including an 18-year term on his local school board.

Dr. Lucero is excited to help Wildcats prepare for their future and meet their goals and aspirations. Preparing for dental school and/or opening a practice is a daunting task. It is an investment of a lifetime and having someone helping you along with way will help ensure your success. He has mentored several students in his local community and is excited to serve his alma mater and join others on their journeys of Wildcats for Life.
