Crystal Nichols is an accomplished HR professional and leadership coach to high-achieving individuals who want to manage transition and change in their personal and professional lives proactively and successfully. For more than fifteen years she has advised hundreds of individuals and leaders on employee engagement, change management, leadership, and career development. She has a life-long passion for learning and helping others grow. Crystal works with others to help to make positive changes in their lives and career. She has built a deep understanding in the needs of leadership roles and the process to develop in them. She brings this knowledge alive through her engaging and energetic style and interactions that helps individuals get to their most resourceful mindset. She builds self-awareness through a balance of self-discovery and self-reflection that will help increase emotional intelligence and leadership capability. When she is not coaching or consulting, Crystal enjoys volunteering. She has supported women, children and students through goal development and achievement. She also has fostered twenty-three golden retrievers, and formerly was an adoption coordinator for a rescue organization. Crystal is active with her local alumni chapter, and in the past held a Governing Board role at The University of Arizona Alumni Association.
