Ernesto Grijalva

Jesus Ernesto (“Ernie") Grijalva is an international trade/business consultant, attorney and certified Corporate Compliance and Ethics Professional - International (CCEP-I). Ernie spent nearly 20 years as Sr. VP Legal Affairs - Latin America/Caribbean for PriceSmart, Inc., a multinational retailer with operations in 14 countries in the Western Hemisphere.  He is a member of the U.S. Department of Commerce’s San Diego and Imperial District Export Council and is rated by GC Power List - Legal 500 as a Most Influential Corporate Counsel Central America and rated A.V. - Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.  He also mentors first generation college students at UCSD.
