Gain Jue has a breadth of experience across finance and accounting in the aerospace manufacturing and technology industries. Currently Gain leads the Organizational Strategy, Planning, and Enablement team within the Finance Operations organization at Microsoft focused on driving long-term strategies and enabling the business to support evolving customer needs. In previous roles, she has overseen contractual agreements, strategic planning, forecasts, budgets, internal audits, and accounting processes. Gain feels that she has benefitted greatly from both personal and professional mentorships. She views this program as a way to pay it forward, especially to future Wildcats. Her passion for teaching others and developing talent has spurred her commitment to the Wildcat Mentor Society. According to Gain, being able to speak with someone in a safe environment to see a new perspective is a great opportunity to foster internal growth and development.
