Jeffrey Siegel
Jeff’s career has spanned across many sectors of the tech industry focusing on new market development, and today is an adviser to the Boston Consulting Group in the Smart Cities space. Previously, he held several executive roles including CMO for Panasonic’s IoT and Smart Cities business; and VP Strategy and Innovation at Plantronics where he created the strategy and led the development of wearable computing and unified communications.
In the mobile software space, he served as CMO for Extended Systems culminating in their acquisition by SAP; VP Market Development for Symbian; and Director of Enterprise for both Microsoft’s mobile group and Palm Computing. Earlier in his career, he led Industry Marketing groups for HP and 3Com.
Jeff holds an MBA degree from the Eller Business School at the University of Arizona, with continuing education at Stanford University. Jeff is excited about participating as a mentor in the UA’s mentorship program, and to share his insights and knowledge in order to contribute to the future success of today’s Wildcats.
