Natasha Schnaitmann
Natasha Schnaitmann graduated in 2002 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona. She spent her first three years out of school as a mechanical engineer at the Nevada Test Site designing utilities for an underground sub critical test facility. She then transitioned into construction management in the role of MEP (mechanical/electrical/plumbing) Coordinator for a large general contractor during the construction boom in Las Vegas and was fortunate enough to be a part of the management team for Red Rock Casino, Aria Tower at City Center and the Cosmopolitan.
After working for a general contractor, Natasha now works in a mechanical design build firm and has held the roles of MEP Coordinator, Project Manager, Sr PM and now most recently as Preconstruction Executive. Her current role is centered around Pre-Construction and Business Development, and she works with the new project engineers in the company to help train on client relations and overall project management skills. She is excited to be part of the Wildcat Mentor Society and will encourage young students to be accountable and proactive in everything they do. In her free time she enjoys yoga and pilates, golf, wine events and travel.
