Nihaal Rao

Nihaal Rao has been a financial adviser since 1997. He focuses on portfolio construction and monitoring, asset allocation, risk management and alternative investment strategies tailored to the investment needs of each client. Nihaal works extensively with option strategies to seek additional investment income and potentially hedge concentrated positions. Nihaal has a focus on physicians and health care professionals. Neil has earned the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM℠ CRPC® and the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ CFP® certifications. The CFP® certification is a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.

Nihaal holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona, as well as a master's degree from the American College of Financial Services. He also has a masters of business administration (MBA) from Benedictine University. He is an active member of the University of Arizona Alumni Association as well as a regular volunteer to the United Way and St. Vincent DePaul. Nihaal is married to Dr. Deepa Shah and they have two daughters, Bella and Lily.
