Ron Medinger founded the consulting firm of MRC Assoc. following a career of 30 years in line management with Union Carbide (Eveready and Energizer batteries) and Ralston Purina; Revlon and the Forschner Group (Swiss Army Brands). He launched the ENERGIZER lines of batteries, and created and introduced the Swiss Army line of products.

Previous to MRC Assoc., he was senior vice president of IMCOR, a firm specializing in placing senior executives, who had been downsized, with companies needing specific senior talent on a short-term basis. Its clients spanned the Fortune 1000, not-for-profit and private equity investment firms.

Earlier in his career he was president of Getz Marketing USA (owned by Marmon and Pritzker families) where he built a group of US-based international sales, marketing and distribution companies. During this four-year period Eastern Europe saw the fall-of-The-Wall and the Asia Pacific was the focus of new market development.

His consulting work has included strategic planning, tactical implementation, business turn-arounds, organizational planning, business plan development/analysis, compensation planning, new market and product development, sales and marketing development.
