Sabrina Valdez

Senior Manager MP & A. (Merchandise Planning & Analytics) Sprouts

Sabrina Valdez-Lamp is a graduate of the University of Arizona & Terry J. Lundgren School of retail. Upon graduation Sabrina began her career in Bentonville, AR working for Walmart Stores. There she held several buying positions in the Home Division. In 2008, she moved to PetSmart corporate office. She began her time at PetSmart as a buyer and within 2 years was promoted to Director of Replenishment. She held two additional director roles before moving to Houston. Sabrina moved to Houston where she worked for Academy Sports & Outdoors. Most recently Sabrina returned to the valley & joined Sprouts Farmers Market. She is building a new team at Sprouts where she leads the Non-Perishable side of MP&A (Merchandise Planning & Analytics).

Sabrina is passionate about building teams and developing talent. Having had the opportunity to lead several teams throughout her career she knows which skills to foster within her associates. Sabrina has mentored for more than 10 years. Her mentees live all across the country. She is always excited to get new updates on their careers.
