Shane Brogan has nearly 20 years of experience in the retail industry spanning a wide array of responsibilities including merchandising, operations, visual merchandising, real estate, brand management, and strategy. At the University of Arizona, Shane was just as involved outside of his classes as he was earning his degree. Shane was a member of the Chain Gang Honorary, an Arizona Ambassador, a member of the Interfraternity Council, an ASUA senator and in his senior year, served as a Bobcat. Shane graduated with honors in 2000 from the Norton School of Family & Consumer Sciences with a degree in retail and consumer sciences.

In his current role with the Williams Sonoma brand, Shane is charged with the operations and visual merchandising of over 200 stores across the U.S. and Canada, managing the Williams Sonoma Outlet division and managing the brand’s real estate portfolio. Before coming to Williams Sonoma, Shane had leadership roles across both apparel and home industries with brands such as West Elm, Urban Outfitters, and Abercrombie & Fitch.

Having served as both a mentor and a mentee over the course of his career, Shane understands the power and importance of these relationships and the impact it can have on one’s career. He’s excited to give back to connect with fellow Wildcats!
