Originally from Texas, Syndric Steptoe began working for the University of Arizona in the athletics department as an intern for the C.A.T.S. Life Skills department and was quickly promoted to associate director after one year. He spent three years in the department. Before working in athletics he owned his own business and played four years in the NFL with the Cleveland Browns. He is a proud alumnus of the University of Arizona and its football team.
He’s married to Tori Steptoe and they have two children, Kayden and Khloey.
