Tom Whitelock partners with his clients to manage their real estate portfolios based on their evolving occupancy requirements, offering services that include workplace and portfolio strategy, site selection, transaction management and lease negotiations. He is focused on building long-term relationships based on his demonstrated ability to drive value and help his clients make informed real estate decisions.

Tom joined JLL in 2017 after representing clients at Cushman & Wakefield in San Francisco. Prior to joining JLL’s Walnut Creek brokerage group, Tom was a transactions & acquisitions manager on the Kaiser Permanente account, where he worked on site acquisition, financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction negotiation on behalf of Kaiser Permanente throughout Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. Over the past seven years, Tom has represented office and medical clients in complex real estate transactions totaling in excess of 2m sf.

Tom graduated from The University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, as well as minors in both Finance and Business Administration.
