Tom Whitelock is a transaction manager for JLL, a global real estate services firm with annual revenues of approximately $16 billion. JLL is growth-oriented to expand client-focused solutions and offers a wide variety of services covering all property types, investors, developers and corporate occupiers. Tom’s team leads transaction management for the Kaiser Permanente account, and he oversees Kaiser’s 30+ million square foot Northern California Portfolio. He has also worked on numerous aspects of Kaiser’s 70+ million square foot national portfolio.
Tom began his career in 2014 as an associate broker with Cushman & Wakefield in San Francisco. Since then, he has developed into an effective manager who specializes in real estate transactions and acquisitions with a special focus on healthcare. Through his impactful experiences with mentors both before and after graduating, his commitment to helping UA become a more connected community has brought him to the Wildcat Mentor Society. He has experience mentoring undergraduates and recent graduates and looks forward to connecting with you.
